delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we have
designed a simple and hassle-free return process to make things right.

30-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be
eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and
accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Our
dedicated support team is available to guide you through every step of the return
process.

Restocking Fee: We do apply any restocking fees of $18 bases on this following:

  1. Buyer's preference: Returning an item because you changed your mind, it doesn't fit, dont like it, etc..
  2. Opened/used items: Electronics, software, collectibles often incur fees if opened/used

Return Policy Overview
Return Window: initiate a return within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during
    delivery, or defective, the customer will not be charged any return costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item due to
    ordering the wrong product, incorrect fit, or simply a change of mind, you will
    be responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
  • The actual product may differ slightly from the promotional images, the actual product shall prevail.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@realsabai.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents
  3. Send It Back: Ship your return following the instructions provided in your
    return authorization email. You may use the recommended carrier or shipping
    method outlined in the email.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it
    meets our return criteria.

Refund Processing Time: Refund Timing: Once approved, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@realsabai.com. Our team will assist you in arranging a prompt exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable. These items will
be clearly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
